I agree with the poster above that you were raped at worst and molested at least, and there is no excuse at all for such behaviour no matter how close you two are.

Addressing your immediate concern, if your friend stuck those "Smints" into your urethra, then you have to seek medical attention right away as the urethra is not designed for foreign objects to enter it, and I am sure some damage could have happened. If you swallowed those Smints and they are now working their way through your digestive system, then you might want to counterbalance that by drinking some cranberry juice to reduce urinary discomfort. However, I would still see a doctor irregardless as urinary pain is not something which should be taken lightly.

As for the overall situation, were you all on a bus traveling overnight? How was your friend able to do all of this without anyone else noticing? If you ask me, this was no prank, and everyone who say this are equally wrong. No one should ever mess with anyone in this way while they sleep, and using sexuality as a weapon is wrong.
