However penis length usually increases before girth during puberty so at 14 its very unlikely that you've reached you full girth yet. So just give it more time. If you already have that sort of length you're going to have one to be proud of anyway.

There is a surgery that you can get for it forgot what its called but you cant have it till a certain age....and 7 inches is pretty big so I dont know why you would want it bigger.

Well, although you have a quite big penis for your age (and it will probably grow more as you age), maybe there is a way to make it bigger. However, I wouldn't advise you in any way to try it right now. It's called jelqing and it's an old massage technique which increases your penis' blood flow. The effect should be a pretty thicker, and a bit longer penis. If you some day decide to try jelqing, please be careful around it, because it could harm your penis if you don't do it in the right way.
