showering at school

hey i was just wondering, do you guys shower at your school? i'm in ninth grade and school is almost over so for me sinse i live in utah i'll be going to the highshcool next year, but at my jr high we don't shower there!

At my school, it is a choice for those who are in gym. However, I doubt many of them actually take showers and if they do, they usually shower in their underwear.

Dude, my 6-8 middle school made it MANDATORY that we shower. I'm not sure if the teachers were just pervs, or if they actually wanted us to be clean, but it wasn't bad at all.

I remember in 6th grade when I was upset that we had to shower. I was scared, and I didn't want people seeing me naked. However, on the first day of gym, when everyone stripped down and went to the showers, it wasn't bad at ALL. Everyone was just kind of like "man this is weird, but whatever".

Don't deny it, people are GOING to judge you. It's what all teenagers do. But here's the thing: if anyone says anything, THEYRE THE PERVERT. All you do is say "dude, why were you looking at my dick?"

In the end, do what your'e comfortable with. When it was mandatory for me, everyone had to do it so it wasn't a big deal. If you're not comfortable with being the only one in the shower (you shouldn't be alone anyway, but it can happen if everyone loves being sweaty and nasty), then just run in there with your shorts or don't go at all. Let me tell you though, girls respect a guy who showers and smells nice.

I never did, but if you have to don't worry about it just do your business and leave. after the first week it will be just as normal as anything else in high school

At the point you are in life I think everyone is curious, in some form or another. So I would think people do take "glances". But Ive never had to take a shower in school.

I'm in AZ and there were showers available in the locker room but no one ever showered. It wasn't madatory.

My wrestling coach makes it mandatory to take showers and besides we get sweaty when we workout so unless you want to smell then you should shower.

EVERYONE showers at our school - it's not mandatory, but everyone just does it... for the most part everyone minds their own business.

We don't really shower at PE but we do for football and soccer. No big deal.

We dont for PE. But for HS football you have to or you run till you change your mind about showering. For hockey we just always have since we were like 12, its no big deal after the first week. N everyone looks to some degree weather they admit it or not.

no one will even think about it in my school they are so shy people they barely showing their underwear. we have shower but no one use actually in my freshman year i was geting ready to take a shower but i realizes that no one taking a shower before I take my underwear off , god if i took it off i will be the only person naked that and will be so embarrassed

Ya, I'm a junior in hs, and I play two sports so I always take a shower after practice, especially in wrestling season, to avoid staph and stuff...
