Well, I have had the same problem before, but there's really only one answer.

If you like her, you have to talk to her! Once you break the ice, you'll be able to talk to her without any stress. But do NOT tell her right off the bat that you like her, otherwise she could be creeped out and it would be acquard for both of you.
