This question crops up a lot, lots of guys think the same, that they want to taste their own cum and then once they've ejaculate they lose interest in the idea. It doesnt really matter, if you really want to taste it some time you will.

It's usually as Nick said that once you have ejaculated you're no longer as driven to continue in what you were doing and will usually very quickly lose any desire to do things like taste your ejaculate

Most people lose interest in doing it when they cum. You can cum, and then just sit for a minute or two and your interest should come back. Then you can try it if you want.
