to mephedrone.

don't have a clue how to stop - telling my parents or that is a huge no, because things are hell at the moment at home and they wouldn't let me continue living with them. :(

I take it stopping cold turkey hasn't worked? Try finding someone you can talk to, be it a friend, non-parent relative, or even someone online. When you feel a need to do the drug, go talk to that person instead. There is no quick cure for addiction, but you can stop if you're willing to work with it.

My PM box is always open.

Mephedrone can cause very bad paranoia, hullucinations, and sometimes death. The effects are very similar to MDMA, except it's allot more addicting. Quitting this shit can be very hard.

I know this sounds like the worst thing you could ever say, but my only advice is that you either start replacing it with a "safer" drug (notice how I used quotations), come out to your parents about it and possibly get sent to a rehab in which would make things worse (don't recommend really), or gradually reducing the dosage.

You can talk to me anytime on VT. I'm a recovering addict from heroin.

Thats now an illegal drug and is going to be VERY hard to get into the country, even more so than cocaine apparently.

Its a very bad drug to be on hun, I would seriously stop before you get in trouble or even worse get serious health problems.

overcome.

I'd make sure you see a doctor asap. Let them know exactly what's going on and that you badly want to stop using. I've personally had many obsessions, but I couldn't quite call them addictions, not to drugs anyway. As I'm sure you know, it'll be something that consumes your mind, especially the longer you leave it. I know mephedrone is a 'newer' drug, and I read up on it a while ago. The short term side effects sound like episodes of mania, who'd be experienced by somebody dealing with manic depression. Plus other things, of course. I hope it goes well for you.
