I don't know what the likeliness of me having an eating disorder is, but I feel like I might be heading toward developing one. The only reason I eat anymore is so people don't notice anything odd about my habits. I know how many calories are in everything I eat and I feel guilty every time I eat. No matter what it is. I exercise. All the time. I have to burn what I consume. Because if I don't I might gain weight. All I think about all the time is if I've eaten too much. How fat I feel. People tell me I'm thin. But I know they're wrong which is why I keep doing this.

I'm giong to presume you don't eat crap/junk. So just become active....or more active. Run, do crunches, work out etc.
I would say that you are DEFINITELY heading toward a full-blown eating disorder.
Talk to your doctor and get help now, before it gets harder to help you.

Unlike Vignesh suggests I wouldn't recommend doing anything to burn calories. I had a close family member that suffered from anorexia and she would spend hours jogging on the spot etc to burn the few calories she may have taken. But 100% see your doctor or set up a meeting with a councilor. If you were in the UK you could get that for free but don't know the situation in the USA - i'm sure there are special clinics to help combat eating disorders but they might be pretty pricey :/ Best of luck though and if you need to talk feel free to send me a message :)
