Uncut makes the top of your penis look bigger because you have a tiny bit of extra skin.

However I heard that if you get cut more of your penis is shown therefore appears slightly larger however it still is technically the same size. Haven't a clue if thats true or not though.

Nope circumsision has nothing at all to do with penis size, it can make it look bigger but it STILL is the same size :DD
