Puffy nipple

Hi, my right nipple is puffy and larger than the left, i can also feel a disc sort of shape beneath the nipple, I've been looking it up on the internet and people are suggesting something called Gynecomastia and is apprently common during puberty, i've had it for about a year now but its really embarresing as its getting to summer meaning i'm wearing thinner tops, so my right nipple sticks out.

Advice please.

I've had that for two year, and I'm really scroungy so it's really noticeable. My doctor today said it is starting to dissipate.

Its normal :)

During puberty your hormones are going wild. Even so much so you might appear to begin to grow boobs. Don't panic though! This goes away as your hormones settle.

So don't worry about it, it does settle :)
