From what I've heard, anywhere on your face (other than ears) are the most painful places to get pierced.

I would assume it would hurt a lot.

I'd suggest that if you want to get one you better suck it up. Lol. I have a high pain tolerance so for me it wasn't that bad but yeah... its gonna hurt. You're putting a hole in your lip for heaven's sake! :P

It's gonna hurt no matter what. Fear is what is preventing me from getting my monroe pierced.
