No, only unless they sign them. The only ones that can are Global Moderators and Admins, although I don't think they can actually tell you who gave it to you, although if you feel it's been given unfairly you can appeal against it to an Admin

Moderators, Gmods, Admins can see rep.
Mod can see their own
Gmods I think can see others and themselves
Admins see everyone.



You can ask the Admins if you want to see.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you all misread the question.
It's a general statement, not being categorized to "unsigned" rep.
Which means Tom is asking can you see who has give you rep period which would give the answer:
Yes. Hit "UserCP" and scroll to the bottom. :/
Which then leads to the above answers- unless they "signed" it, meaning they put their name in the reason, then you won't know exactly WHO gave you the rep.
You can however click that rep and it will take you to the post that was given rep and there you can possibly draw conclusions as to who it might have been.

If you have some idea as to how many points you've gained or lost that can sometimes make it pretty obvious who the person was even if they didnt sign.

hmmm... yeah you can only see reps if people sign them... i do but if its a bad rep i never sign them. hahaha... :P
