Well i find myself attracted to my cosin in a way. Is this normal?

Well, "normal" is the wrong word to use. Normal is different everywhere. Where I am from, it is not normal to be gay or bi. However, in other places it is normal to be gay or bi.

So really it depends on where you are from. However, mostly it is not accepted. It would be considered "incest" if anything happened, which is usually illegal in most places.

Now that I had to say that I can get to my beliefs lol.. I don't consider it weird or wrong. You might want to be careful if something ever came between you two, as in anything sexually related. Some will see this issue as wrong while others will see it as ok. This also depends on age. If you are 16 and your cousin is 10, then yes I would consider that wrong. However, if you are 16 your cousin is 14+ then no, I wouldn't consider that wrong.

You may be attracted to your cousin because they are someone you trust. Someone you have always been around and someone who cares what goes on in your life.

Anyways, that is all I have to say.

It is and it isn't.

It is normal to be attracted to a guy because we all go through the curious stage during puberty. And it would only seem logical that you may have an attraction to someone in your family b/c they are already close to you. I think this attraction is more physical than emotional for you, so don't take it too far.

As for the fact that it is you cousin, no, that is not a good thing. Maybe a j/o session together would be okay, but still, that is pushing it. Remember this is your family.

No, incest is not normal once you get past the curious stages of 13 or so...

It is normal to have sexual thoughts about the same sex during puberty, at some points, but they are usually physical, not emotional...like you wouldn't want to date a guy...you'd just want to have a lil fun.

There are very few parts of the world where sexual activity with a cousin in considered incest, in many communities marriage between cousins is positively encouraged. I believe that in the USA it varies from state to state, in the UK it certainly isnt regarded as incest.

where i'm at incest.isnt abnormal, i dont mind it (if i had a sister or cousin my self). it just depends on how you look at it. i dont see it as wrong, and say if you like them, then good for you and them.

Marriage Act of 1996 is a federal law that prohibits ALL marriages between any blood relatives.

State laws can sometimes be different, but if a federal law is more strict...then that is what is followed.

An example is California has Marijuana legal for medicinal use. The Federal Government says that it is illegal and is a drug that cannot be legally used by anyone. Well, the feds can come into California and arrest anyone for using/producing marijuana...even if they have a license to do so. The license is only valid for the state police...not FBI.

Same with marriage. The federal government will accept any state marriage license that doesn't comply with state laws. The USA also says homosexual marriage is illegal. Some states say otherwise. Well, the USA will not give tax cuts or do combined taxes for those homosexual couples. The marriage act of 1996 also covers the homosexual laws on marriage.

There's no point in arguing. In UK first cousins can marry. In US, at least in some States, they can't. Fine. If you don't want to date your cousin then don't. If the law says you can, and you want to, then go ahead.
