More like iPad where they bring a background image to the springboard. ^_^ MULTITASKING! And you so are lying :P

I hope they don't make us pay *even on iphone* like they do with ipod Touch (They have to pay like... $5 to upgrade)

you can do all of that if you ipod (like mine is) and or iphone is jailbroken. screw the paying. haha. if i have to pay, i always wait until their is a crack of the firmware, download that, and then upgrade for free. haha. i paid for 2.0 and i got 3.0 for free.

Come on multitasking, come on multitasking!! I will kill Apple if there is no multitasking. I don't care how bad the battery usage will be, when I need to do two things at once I need to do them.

MUPTITASKING!!!!! My phonr can multitask, why can't my iPhone based iPod. And we need a background. And i would love an iPod Touch with a camera :)

i want to know why everyone wants multitasking. its kills the battery instantly. i tried it on my ipod and had to charge it three times in two hours. i uninstalled the app and didnt have to charge it again in about another 6 hours. even apple said multitasking is a battery eater and isnt good. i personally dont care if it does or doesnt have it. there is going to be SO MUCH NEW FEATURES and everyone is hyped up about multitasking when you can already do that. lol.

I want to be able to multitask with out jailbreaking it. I know it might drain the battery, but I'll survive.

true. i think OS 4.0 will be released with the new iPhone if there will be a new one. I want to see video chat on the new iphone. thats what i mainly want.

i was freaking out when he said the ipod and iphone will have ibooks. lol. tbh, what was mentioned in the keynote is really late. haha. jailbreaking already gives you multitasking and all, but i think apples version is going to be way better, but not for ipod touch 2g which i have :( oh well. haha. and iads looked pretty darn cool. i was mad at first cause i would have to sit and see a bunch of ads. but it turned out pretty good. i want to know all the features and not just 7 of them

- Apple Introduces iAds Mobile Advertising Platform
- Apple Introduces Game Center for Leaderboards and Achievements
- iPhone OS 4 to Bring iBooks to iPhone and iPod Touch
- Apple Enhances Email and Enterprise Features in iPhone OS 4

And a ton of different features like iBooks and more! :D

Yeah, apparently there are 100 new features! Can't wait to get the update in the summer, though they'll probably charge $10 for it again :(

Ya I have the 2nd gen too. Apple said they will be releasing 'new hardware' in June (July? I can't remember :P), so they may release a new iPod Touch then. I really hope it has a camera...

they normally do all the new ipod touches, nanos, shuffles, and the classics in september. but, the sooner the better :D and a camera on the touch would be so EPIC! then there would be no point in getting the iphone anymore. becuase you can already text on an ipod touch, you can already make phone calles on an ipod touch , VoIP calls that is, but sadly, you cant get wifi everywhere you go unless the network isnt password protected. but i think you can get like a 3g thing that connects to the bottom of the ipod, not too sure about that. ill look more into that

Mhm I hope they don't charge. They will with iPod Touchs hopefully no charge for iPhone 3G [S] :D

The droid is alright but I hate the keyboard on it. Too tight and hard to press IMO that's how most keyboards are like. That's why I like touch phones. I have the lg dare from verizin and love it but not as much as the iPhone. Haha. And the blackberry storm 2 is way better than the first one. But it still can't beat iPhone.

The keyboard on the iPhone is terrible. I used it on my friend's once, and I was just like, "wow" because it sucked. I mean seriously, I like keyboards, not touch screen ones...

Did you put it in landscape mode or just kept it in portrait. I can't stand portrait mode on any phone. Haha. I immediatly go into landscape

Try the DROID Eris when you're able to upgrade. It's sweet.

The Android Market isn't quite as big as Apple's App Store...but it'll get there...soon.

The last app count Android Market was at 55,000...apple is at about 100,000 or so I think...but they've also had a few extra years to add to it. And since Android Market has no limitations, apps are uploaded much quicker.

The Blackberry App Store is improving, but still suffers. Android Market is a lot better than that.

The droid is alright but I hate the keyboard on it. Too tight and hard to press IMO that's how most keyboards are like. That's why I like touch phones.
