Honestly I would have to agree with Baudelaire...just sit your friend down and find out how they feel about it. Then go from there...I personally just ask them about it and then told them...They were cool about it.

your treatment by other people can depend on how tolerant people are in your area

im generalizing here, but you're probably gonna have more problems with coming out in places texas or mississippi rather than states like california, new york or maryland
