Dont let it bother you, if it does happen just face the wall and act like nothing's happened. All guys get random boners, no reason why anyone would think bad of you for it.

All dudes look at other dudes, but once they see it once they never look at it again really, so I doubt they will choose to do it when you get hard

I'm on my uni's swim team but in highschool I was also in the swim team most of us got naked to shower and every once in a while someone would get a boner but no one would really care as it is natural once you do it a couple of times you'll get used to it

It's just a boner. That's all. Nothing too strange as all of them are guys. No one minds id you get one every now and again. As long as you don't start staring at them or sexually harassing them, which I don't think is the case, then you will be fine.

Not gonna lie to you, they may happen the first few times you're in the showers, and one or two people might give you shit for it, but it goes away, and nobody thinks about it and is gonna call you out for it, and you'll be golden after a few times in the shower... Plain and simple, take it from a guy who showers with team mates all the time...

All guys going through puberty get a boner every 7 minutes, even when you don't know it, so it's completely normal. If a guy in the shower does see your boner, and then screams: omg, he's gay! then he is the one who is gay, because he was looking down! (sorry for the bad english)
