Have you been attracted to someone younger then you, like I'm 15 and I have a boy down the street who's 14..... and I can't stop thinking about him, anyone else feel like this or in another way?

Yes, a one year difference is not bad at all. There's no reason to be ashamed. Now, if it were a 5 year old, then you might have a problem.

I agree, a difference of a year or two is neither here nor there, perfectly normal.

I have a 15 year old boy friend and I'm 17. Just as long as there Isn't a huge time gap between you and It's still In your states guidelines.

Yeah like everyone else is saying, as long as it is in your states guidelines then it is ok. One year to three years difference fits the "Norm." Just be careful and make sure that if you become legal and they aren't to either break it off or be really really careful and make sure no one knows.

My girlfriends 14, im 17. We have our ups and downs but the only thing that influences that is our home lives, otherwise our relationship is spot on.

personally no. i tend to lean towards older people. That being said I won't knock anyone down for being interested in someone 1-2yr younger than them

When I was 15, there was 12 year old who had a crush on me. We had little friend kisses but I ended up saying that the age difference wasn't working out.

ok one or two years younger is fine personally three is even completely acceptable. five or more is a little bit to big of an age gap however when its four years it depends on the relationship.

my last boyfriend was 3 years older then me and one before him was a year younger then me.

I either go for girls with same age or younger.

April 10th, 2010, 04:37 PM
Yeah, the girl I liked before the person I like right now (Ali) is 15. And I'm 16

The Harlequin

Thinking about it I tend to find girls a year younger than me attractive who are either younger older or my own age but with guys ~ my own age or older, with probably a preferance to a slightly older guy...

I see no problem in liking another teenager you know, its not about age its about feelings but yeah it gets weird when they're really really young

The Madman
April 13th, 2010, 05:05 AM
Yes, the only girls i 'like' are younger than me but thats mainly because im one of the oldest in my year.
They are 14 - 15 but younger so im not worried

I'm only 14 but know several guys a year or 2 younger that are really attractive to me.

April 14th, 2010, 03:19 PM
Age is irrelevant. If you really care for that person, theres nothing to stop you being with them.

MichaelAdams1993
April 14th, 2010, 06:44 PM
Of course its ok. My parents aren't the same age. Tons of high schoolers date people in different grades. And if you have gone out with people your age or OLDER, then of course its ok since the older people you dated like someone younger (you!). It gets tricky when things turn 18 but one year is SO not a big deal at any point really. Especially since there might be a part of the year where you will be the same age.

im 19 and the girl i'm currently dating is 15...i mean...as long as don't do anything with em...it isn't a prob...
like when i was 18 i made out with a 14 yr old...and we both liked each other, so it isn't that bd...but still...
i prefer younger over old...youngest i'll go for liking is 15

April 15th, 2010, 02:35 AM
yes, it's perfectly normal it might be a good idea to stay within a few years apart in age but other than that it's fine
