Call me stupid if you want but i really just want to know how i'm going to feel for the next couple hours or days. I took them all at once due to a bad day and a horrible headache they were 500mg pills so just 4 1/2 of them. Took them an hour ago and i don't feel anything except my stomach hurting and a headache every now and then.

Well, you're only at about twice the recommended dosage (you can take two 500mg tablets every 4 to 6 hours).
Symptoms of acetaminophne overdose include:
Abdominal pain
Appetite loss
*Coma
*Convulsions
Diarrhea
Irritability
*Jaundice
Nausea
Sweating
Upset stomach
Vomiting
I put a star next to the ones I don't think you need to worry about. xP Symptoms may not occur for up to 12 hours after the overdose, but you didn't take too much so you might not even feel any of that.

Side effects include constipation, indigestion, nausea, sleepiness, dizziness and incoherent, unable to sleep. all these can occur in even a mild reaction. the worse the reaction though the worst the side effects and higher chance of getting more of them.
tom you better want to know this for a good reason

Tom, I honestly think you shouldn't worry. I hope the side affects you've felt have gone now. I took about 10-15 pills (acetaminophen[500mg], acetaminophen with codeine, naproxen) and the doctor at the emergency said I'd have to take x amount more to actually overdose for my weight.
**I DO NOT SUGGEST DOING THIS**
I felt stomach pains for 5 days and slight head aches. If the symptoms haven't gone away by now, go see a doctor.

I felt it the next day for a few hours but that could be because of other things as well so I can't entirely blame the pills.

Acetaminophen is definitely extremely hepatoxic, so I really wouldn't recommend taking more than the recommended dose, especially if you're on any other medication or have a history of liver problems. The maximum DAILY dosage of acetaminophen is 4 grams for an adult, and since you didn't exceed that amount I wouldn't see how you could have caused that much damage to yourself, though I am interested in knowing where the pain in your abdomen was located. Upper right quadrant?
There is dosaging information on every bottle of pills for a reason, please stick to whatever is listed unless you have confirmation from a doctor to exceed the posted dosage.
