I don't see how her being a family friend will affect anything. It will probably make both your parents an hers more comfortable since there is most likely trust already built. I say go for it and see what happens. Or, speak with a relatve you can trust about what you should do, though I know this could be more awkward than useful

Being a family friend can definitely have something to do with it. I'm going to make a wild guess that you've known each other for quite a while and you know backgrounds and as benny said you'll have the trust there. But if you know she likes you, and you like her I'd tell her how you feel and then take it from there. There's not really any magic words to make a relationship work, you've just got to see what's good for you both.

Let me guess, the problem with her being a friend of your family, it's because you're ashamed that your family and her finds out? It's just a guess...
If that's the problem don't worry, your feelings are more important than that. Besides, you know she likes you, so you're on the good way! :)

Ok. Here's the Two Problems I see...
1) I Don't have money to take her out... Finding a job will have to wait since its spring Break.
2) If We ever Break up... It would fell weird....
does that Make sence?

Ahh, This is a really tough situation man.
First thing I would do, is talk to her about how you feel, not just about her but about everything with your families, ect.
So really, it depends on what you and her decide on, as far as the money thing: Tell her that too, she'll understand.

1) If she likes you back enough, she won't mind you not having money to take her out. But as a previous poster said, talk to her about it.
2) Yes... it does feel weird after a break up with a family friend. How close are you? Like.. how often do you see each other?

I don't think you should worry about being family friends. Yes, if you broke up it may make things awkward, but it might not also. I have dated a family friend and we broke up. We are still really good friends. It just depends on the b/o. If you cheat on her, then most likely it will be a bad deal.

I think you should date her if you love her and she loves you back.
If you break up, you must find a way to cope with it, so you can still see each other without any problems. That's the hardest part, but it's possible for you to break up and still be friends.
