How do you clear disc space?

I'm guessing you mean like a hard drive? Just delete stuff. You could run Disk Defragment, that could clear up a little space.

I would just delete stuff you don't need and/or never use. Deleting programs works somewhat too. Or you could buy an External Hard Drive (you can get like 1TB for under $60) and transfer music, videos and especially photos etc. onto that. It saves a tonne of space.

Yep, and how would I go about doing that? :P I tried to, and I didn't find the right are, so I couldn't delete what I needed.

You can also do disk clean up. it deletes all the little temp files that take up space. If you want to clear more space i suggest using it to delete the system restore points. The shadows they create take up a lot of space.
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Clean up
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragment

Should I have "Downloaded Temp. Files" cleaned?

It's safe to have all of it cleaned don't worry. I do this at least twice a week

You should try and get into a routine of defragging your computer.
I used to do mine like every few days.

I just delete old programs and use Disk Cleanup. I usually save around 150MB By doing so.

or you can use tools or virii to delete stuf. and use memory management tools and things like readyboost. also while fps boosters are for games, they work well elsewise.
