Yes I have.
I ate very healthy and I didn't eat so much.
Also how old are you because when you get older you lose a lot of weight as you grow taller.
But don't worry hun do lots of exercise and everything will be good :)

I've lost quite a bit of weight in the past year. I drank more water, watched what I ate and how much I ate, and did alot more physical activity.

I gain and loose around 5-10lbs every year. In the summer I eat just as I normally would when I have swim practice every day. So I gain some weight, but then I burn it off within the first month or so of practice.

I lost weight, around like 10 pounds. I didn't really need to though. I went through this water thing while I was living at my grandmas, she only bought water so for like 4 months all I drank was water

I've lost about 7 pounds in the last month-ish.
Not on purpose though..
Basically all I did was eat as much as my body needed and I never completely filled my stomach, because you don't need to do that.

I've lost weight with Weighwatchers, it's brilliant! I recommend giving 'em a google and checking it out :) You don't need to go into meetings or anything, can do it all through the wonderful internet ;) Good thing about the meetings is you get that extra motivation etc :)

Good luck! :D

Most the people on this forum should be able to lose weight easily without a "diet".

It's a matter of eating what you should. Many foods trick you. One bag may actually be two or three servings, simply only eat the ONE serving.

Snacking throughout the day is unacceptable.

Drinking water is a MUST. It makes you feel fuller.

Why are the French among the skinniest people on Earth? They savor their food. It can sometimes take them two hours to finish one meal. Your body can better digest things efficiently with more time...so eat slower.

Boys, as teens, can eat virtually anything and usually stay skinny.

Women have estrogen which are fat storing machines. So it is also important that you pick up an exercise routine.

Good amount of calories per day for women: 1500-1600

Good amount of calories for a growing teenage boy: 2000-2500.

Technically yes, I lost weight doing physical activity (joining a soccer team).
Pretty easy and didn't even join just for that intent.

So my point is, get out and move

during the winter i gain and lose weight quickly, since i snowboard i burn a huge amount of calories, but the only places to really eat are fast food places, so it weighs itself out. During the summer, i can easily lose 20 lbs, once school ends i go on a hard workout plan, and strict diet, after 2 weeks of doing so, it becomes a habit , and ive successfully lost 23 lbs last summer. During school year, i gain maybe 5-8 lbs back, but it doesnt show that much.

My mom lost 80+ pounds and my dad lost 20 and is still losing more. Only by changing their lifestyle e.g. what they ate and how much.

I can't lose or gain anything if I try, well I could if I worked out. I could gain about 20 pounds if I really tried. Oorah for fast metabolisms.
