i know youve heard it a thousand times, but-

im worried about my penis size :( im 14 and im only 3.5-4 inches when errect. people in my grade are over 8 inches when errect and over 5.5 inches flacid! Its also not very wide, and the head dosnt seem as mature. im normal in other ways, such as my height and voice and everything, its just down there thats the problem :(((

First off I doubt there are kids that are really 8 inches in your grade, secondly, you're fourteen so don't worry, you have plenty of time left to grow...

Under 10% of men have penises over 8", so I feel like you have some lying friends, or live in a naturally penis-large area.
Chill, there's no point worrying when its NOTHING you can control. If your penis is going to grow, it will, if it doesn't, it doesn't. There's no point worrying, nothing you can do will make it grow faster, sooner, or bigger. Learn to accept and love the body you were given.

There are ABSOLUTELY NO 14 year olds with 8 inch penises.

The average size of an ADULT male is 6.5 inches.

This varies from race to race.

Penis size is determined genetically...so if you really want to know how big you'll get...talk to your dad and grandfather...

The average adult erection size is less than 6.5", more like 6", and the percentage of adults with 8" or more is tiny, much less than 10%. Your friends may look big to you but really its unlikely that they are that big.

You are doing fine for your age, some guys get penis growth earlier than others. Just bide your time, it will happen when its ready.

The grass is always greener on the other side, and my thinking is that because you are so self conscious about your own penis that everyone else's looks bigger than yours. As the others have said, folks with 8 inch + penises are not common, and even by some fluke all of your friends have such long penises (highly unlikely) you are hardly abnormal. As long as you can urinate and ejaculate, then you are fine. Folks with micropenises have completely normal lives, and your size is hardly small especially for your age. Bear in mind that puberty is a process, and you have a lot of time to grow.

If this means anything, then remember that people are a package deal, and no sane person is going to judge your entire self worth based upon one appendage of your body.

I think the problem may be in terms of your physical perspective. Remember that when you look at your penis, you are seeing it from a different angle to how other people see. Likewise this is the same when you are comparing yourself to other guys. Unless they have told you outright that this is your size, then this is probably the case. Also it is rare, but not impossible to be that size, but usually people just joke about such things to make other people feel uncomfortable and because they like the attention. Just think about how easy it is to lie about something, which people rarely get to see.

If you read the thousands of other posts like this then you would of already known that your friends are probably lying and that puberty is a slow process that advances in different orders at different rates for every person.

For your age you're totally normal, chances are that your friends aren't that big if they say they are or if you've seen and they look huge then you're just being paranoid and as a result of that are exaggerating how big you think they are subconsciously.

I think when I was 16 i was 7-ish now I'm about 8. I think you'll probs stop growing at 18....but boys grow until their 22 my mom said lol. anyways don't worry about it...i know friends who are diff sizes...some really small and some huge. that's the way the world works....just be confident in who u r! people don't like u based on ur size anyways its about your personality...your personality only helps your size no matter what it is!
