Your best bet to reduce that odour is to make sure you shower after masturbating as that does a lot to keep down the smell. Also, if you use something like a rag to clean up after masturbating, then make sure you periodically change it and dispose of the old one. If you use tissues for clean up, then make sure you empty out your garbage can periodically. Finally, if you are someone who shoots and gets semen everywhere, then changing your bedsheets whenever you notice a bad smell is the way to go especially if you get sweaty while masturbating. Finally, buying one of those plug in air fresheners really masks odour quite well, and Glade and other brands work quite well.

Actually the smell doesnt last long really and face the fact that your parents will either know, guess, or expect that you masturbate. Sure they dont want to hear noises or catch you at it, but its not like they are going to be horrified or surprised if there's a "teenager" smell in the room.
