Yea, I really don't know to what you're referring. Half way up the pubic area? If that's the case, then I'd say don't worry, they'll grow in, or don't worry, because it's just pubes and nobody is going to be overly concerned about the amount you have.

If you mean half way up the penis, then it's totally normal. For some people it grows all the way up, for others it doesn't even start growing there.

If you mean half way around the pubic area, then that's also normal. It will probably grow the rest of the way, if not you can always trim or shave to make it look better.

Your situation sounds normal to me as you probably just are not a really hairy guy. I know some guys have hair that goes up from their penis up to their belly button, but guys who just have pubes below their stomach line and nothing on their torso are quite normal, too.

There might be a chance you might grow hair between your belly button and stomach line, but then again you might just be hairless.

Hair can be a pain, if that means anything, and if you do not have a lot of it, then be thankful.
