Don't shoot me for this.
I have issues with food but not an eating disorder.
Recently I have been drawn to searching for pro-ED sites. I found one and I looked at it last night, it has worked so badly in feeding these damn thoughts. So basically, I have been thinking about it all day and have been itching to get back onto it. I know that this is bad but I don't know how to stop these thoughts. The easy answer is to say, 'don't go on these websites Annabelle, you are only making yourself worse'. I know all of that. You'll probably say it anyway and this'll go down like a lead balloon but I was wondering if you had any other answers?

This isn't pro-ED or anything of that nature. Rather, the opposite. Thanks.

I think you kind of hit on the first solution, don't go to those sites. In fact, if you know something you're doing is going to make you feel this way, don't do it. But that's just a short term solution. I think though what is more important is why you needed to go searching for them. That's the place to start in order to make real progress.
