Hey, I haven't posted in a long while, but lately I've been in a lot of pain, like sort of sore muscle pain, and my testicles have been sore as well. Sometimes it feels like I'm teething or something in my lower jaw, or my arms and legs will feel very sore, and mostly often of them all, my balls will be sore, unless I jack off. My teeth and jaw could hurt, because I used to grit my teeth all the time, and I've stopped, so it could just be my jaw and teeth wanting to be grit. I do lift weights, and I think that my arms may get sore if I don't lift, because my muscles want the oxygen that they get when they lift. My legs probably hurt because I have them in weird positions when I sit all day. My testicles still really hurt, but I'm not getting blood in my urine or semen, so I'm wondering if I'm just hurting all over because I'm growing. I would like an experienced opinion to help me on this one.

the arms and legs are most likly gowring or those other things that are said but the balls could eather be blue balls( arousal of the penis without ejaculation, causing discomfort in the lower abdomen. Similar sensation to being kicked or hit in the tescticles.) or there could be somthing wrong with u, how many tiems od u j/o

oh lol, this problem is easy. You are overworking yourself. Dont work out as much and you are right about the gritting teeth problem :P
Ur scrot hurts cos it is just growin pains and when u jack it makes you relax and forget about the pain. So to solve your problems, just
1. eat a healthy diet,
2.stop overworking yourself, take a break
3. If jackin feels good do it,
most of all tho-rest.
Get all the sleep you can!!! Dont stay up 2 l8 with the hand movement. If problem still persists pm me. Hope to be of help :P :D

Thank you, mr_smite, but I do rest normally with my lifting. I lift, take a day to break and let my muscles rest, and then lift. It happens when I don't like for 4 or 5 days, and then when I start lifting again, I'm not sore anymore.
I stopped eating junk foods a while ago, and that's all you need to do to get a healthy diet. :)
As for the sleep part, I know I have problems there, but I have chronic insomnia, and it's incredibly hard for me to sleep. I don't masturbate a lot, maybe once or twice a day. Maybe I should do it more. :P Your info does help me, mr_smite, thanks a lot.

If u have insomnia then i suggest sleeping pills, they make you feel great and tired. I used to suffer from not bein able 2 sleep then after a week of tabs i was fine :P good luck

Can't sleep?
I take Melatonin if I can't sleep. It can be bought at any Wal-Mart, just make sure it's the 3 mg, not the 3mcg (this one's for small kids that can't sleep). Melatonin is a natural hormone your body produces to help you sleep. Science has invented a way (of course) to put melatonin in pill form. Take these on a regular basis, such as if you take it at 10:00 PM then you should relax, listen to some calming music or just lay back, or walk slowly while finishing some chores. You should be sleepy 30 minutes to an hour. Keep doing this on a regular basis for 3 weeks and you should be able to quit the melatonin cold turkey and have nice sleepy nights :D
Also, when I'm laying in the bed, sometimes I think of something, such a paddle ball and just visualise and keep that sound in my mind. Start the sound, and let it go however fast or slow you want it to. I hear this sound and it calms me down. It echos through my head...try it :cowboy:
I forgot to add masturbation to the mix! Masturbation gives you a healthy workout :P and it can help prevent prostate cancer. You use up so much energy that well you get tried :D
EDIT: Oh gosh, I almost forgot! Turkey has a something in it called trip-tu-pan (I think that's how it's spelled). It makes you drowsey (very) and my mom and me always ate turkey in the morning of Thanksgiving and couldn't finish the day. A month ago, I figured out why it was always Thanksgiving dinner!
As for the other things, it is probably growing pains and blue balls. Nothing to worry about :) Try to relax after you workout. I constantly have problems with my sholders due to playing the violin. You could get a massege, I'm sure it really helps :)

I take Ambien. Can't take it every night, though. Messes me up, but it helps me sleep. I should probably try your methods as well, thanks for the help. :)
Is Melatonin physically addictive?
PS: I don't live near a Wal-Mart.

You could buy it at a close small err...place :cowboy: It would be close to the pharmacy section.
Physically addictive? No not really, because it just gets your natural melatonin going. Try to take the melatonin pills on a regular basis, and since it is a natural hormone, (not anyway related to puberty hormones) your body recognises that. It will notice the time of day, from when you woke up to when it's usually time to go to bed, and how much your body is worn out. So the body will produce its own I belive. It won't work nearly as good if you have a random scedual. Organise things, and you'll have a good, healthy sleep at night :)

for all ur muscle pains, i think ur growing at a rapid pace and this contributes to them. also u said u lift weights, i think u need to start stretching more. ive noticed when i use my leg muscles alot, a while afterwards they feel weird and when i try to sleep the kinda spasm. u need to stretch everything out and its good for them/prevents injury and leaves them w/ a refreshing feeling. ur testicle pain could be due to testicular growth, though it tends to be around ur age (im guessing ur 13 or 14) that testicular growth is coming to an end, but ive read that random pains once in a while are a usual and commmon thing for puberty. you could also have blueballs (prolonged sexual arousal w/o ejaculation so the testicles can swell or become painful due to it) so u can ejaculate to releive that. if ur worried about different parts of ur body getting blood and oxygen i think u should focus more on cardio type workouts such as swimming, running, biking or just good ol walking for a while. that helps ur heart and will definitaly get blood and oxygen flowing throughout ur body. also if u do workouts on a regular basis it will make u tired and will make it much easier to fall asleeep at night,at least it helps me alot during the school year. hope u feel better ^_^

Well, I don't know if it's puberty or if I'm just a horny bastard, but I do typically think a lot about sex, so it could be blue balls.

man, we all think about sex :D. its kinda nature as our basic meaning of living is to reproduce meaning having sex and we're being introduced to more of it as we get older so there's more to think about. i bet the testicular pain is blue balls or just some random pain that is part of puberty. also, if REGULAR people were horny bastards, i think there wouldnt be a term for me
