glandular fever (mono)

just over a year ago i got taken out with glandular fever. it knocked me out for basically a month. anyways, my question is, is it possible to relapse. i know once you have it, you basically have it for life but what i mean is can you relapse into having it as bad as you originally did? the reason i ask is because i think i'm starting to get the symptoms again that i had last year.

It is very unlikely that you are getting it again. Once you have had glandular fever, the chances are that you will have a life-long immunity to it.
Apparently only 6% of people who have glandular fever will have recurrent bouts of it.
Make sure you are getting enough vitamin c and take some echinacea to give your immune system a boost.
