straightening my hair?

ok. i'm a guy (obviously) and i like to straighten my hair. if i don't it will look really dumb. it flips upward in the front. so in order to keep that from happening i straighten it. do any other guys do this? and girls, what do you think of this?

I have before, at the end of my hair anyway, it just curls back up as soon as I get any length into it.

I straighten mine everyday, make sure you use heat protector sprays though. there's nothing to be ashamed of heck, I even use hairspray.

I straighten my hair everyday, and there is nothing wrong with a guy straightening his hair because most guys' hair look like shit when it isn't straight.

I straighten my hair just about everyday. I use a special conditioner that is heat protective that I put in before blow drying it and it also helps it stay straight.
It's perfectly fine to do as long as you take good care of it :)

My hair is weird. I guess straight at the roots but at the ends, it waves just a tad. So i guess i am wavy ? i dont know .. anyways i do . I mostly do it at the back of my head though :P dont worry . ha. im sure lots of guys do this ,but wont say a thing.

My hair I naturally straight so nothing needs to be done. In fact, I curl it on special occasions.

Also if girls straighten there hair I see no reason why guys can't. Me and my friends attacked Lance with a straightener. Gave him some clip on snake bites and then raped him in a closet.

I always straighten my hair, but I do it less now because it's bleached and I don't want to wreck it. Plus the bleach seems to have made my hair straighter as well :P

I have the exact same problem, my hair flips upward around the edges, and when I tell people that and they laugh haha they think it's "gay" but whatever it's my choice :D

my hair is naturally straight so ive never straightened it, but i got nothin against straightening. in saying that, my BF has very curly hair and its like 100000000000000000000000000000000000000 times sexier than straight hair in my oppinion. :) but yeah. you should go for it

I think it's fine for guys to straighen thier hair, shows they care about thier appearance somewhat. anyway, it's thier hair. if they want to straighten it, it's thier choice :)

I didn't used to because my hair never grew too long but now its quite long and If I don't straighten it after washing it then it goes wavy and curly and sticks out at every angle all at the same time. Loads of guys in my class at school straighten theirs too. I think a lot of guys out there straighten their hair.

I like straightening my hair. Guys who do it ALWAYS look better than guys who don't, whose hair is a complete mess usually. And anyway I got some awesome new straighteners on Friday and my hair actually looks like it is is doing what I want it to.

I totally would if I had one. But I think its silly to straighten it when you have short, thin hair because it makes it look even thinner and sparce..

I think my hair is perfect for straightening because its thick and medium length.

I don't have long hair, so I don't have a reason to. I don't think I would blow dry, straiten or in any other way style my hair with things that burn. I would probably towel try, and use styling gel if needed. :)

Unfortunatley for me, my hair is STOCK STRAIGHT. so if i dont keep it short, it looks terrible. kinda the opposite of you guys. but i like short hair anyway so..

I know a guy who straightens his hair as a joke because his hair is really curly. he only does it once a year and i almost dont recognize him. by the end of the day it starts to curl again though.

I dont think it's wrong for a guy to straighten his hair, but i think it is a bit weird if a guy uses curlers extensive makeup (not Eye Liner, makeup: lipstick, mascara etc.)

I hate swimming now I straighten my hair. It would just be horrible if it wasn't straightened as my hair is quite frizzy when it isn't straightened.

^^ My hair dosent get frizzy, but really crusty. It just looks super dry dull not shiny tangled and dirty and sweater when its not straightened. Its just plain gross .
