Haircut.....uuuugh

So yeah, I'm getting a hair cut today, and APPARENTLY I need a lot taken off, so I like my hair long because my forehead is enormous and it looks just awful without hair over it, are they any ways to style short hair to kind of like....I dunno distract people from the forehead?
