I don't really get acne. Occasionally I'll get a pimple or too but then I pop them and they go away. And I consider having 3 pimples on my forehead "bad acne". My friends think I'm insane, lol. I'm kind of lucky in the sense that I can pop any blackheads without worrying about scars or infecting them further..neither one happens to me. I never wear foundation. Ever.

I get acne but I keep it under control with that Proactiv green liquid and white cream. Always works.

Wrong. Some soaps contain chemicals that can rash the pimples on the face to make it worse

I got a lot of small ones but most of them aren't noticeable. What i hate are the big red ones that stick out of your face >_<

I don't really get spots.
One or two a month that's it, but when they do come they're fucking big >.<
I'm lucky in some respects that I don't get many.

I used to have it really bad around my face/neck. I was put on antibiotics for mine though, and it cleared up. I still get a couple every so often, but what bugs me most is the little scars they leave behind if you mess with them.

When I was around 15 I had quite a lot which I didn't like so I took antibiotics for them.
Now I don't need to take any since I haven't had a break out in ages, I only occasionally get a spot, but thats easily dealt with.

I HAD acne.
I have now found good ways of controlling it.
The best is: TETRACYCLINE Antibiotic. I have been prescribed 500MG tablets to use twice per day. In addition to that, use SOMETHING topical. The best active ingredient should be Benzoyl Peroxide. Other topical products that contain the OTHER common active ingredient, Salicylic acid, has many other side effects (like the burning of your skin). Salicylic acid is simply Aspirin in a liquid form.
Works great for me. Talk with your family doctor.

What pink lotion? Need to get me some, that OXY isn't doing it, it's just spot tratment. I have much more than a spot.

Have you seen your family doctor?
90-100% of over the counter products are used to treat mild to moderate acne, not severe. Most will work one day and not the next.
Other tips include:
Try diluted vinegar. I mean very diluted...like a teaspoon to 1/4 cup water. Be sure not to get any in your eyes or up your nose. If it irritates your skin, wash it off. If your skin doesn't burn at all, don't rinse. It is NORMAL for it to slightly sting. In addition, consuming small amounts of diluted vinegar (4 teaspoons to 12 ounces of water) can actually help relieve acne and make you feel better as a whole. I actually suggest using Apple Cider Vinegar...it is more mild and doesn't smell quite as bad. It is also much safer. You can also crush an aspirin in your mixture to draw out the acne (which gets rid of it faster). Aspirin is salicylic acid which is the common acid found in many over the counter acne medicines. It has a higher amount of reported irritations than the other common ingredient, Benzoyl Peroxide.
For individual pimples, try lemon juice. No need to dilute...just make sure the lemon juice is REAL. Usually this would be from a container that looks like a lemon. No added sugar or anything. Just apply to affected areas. This may also burn but has no serious side effects (unless you're allergic to citrus).
Try witch hazel. This is a natural product available in the area where the acne products are at. Scrub your face GENTLY with soap and water. Apply diluted or undiluted (doesn't really matter) witch hazel to your face as you wish. This is natural and has no side effects. Witch hazel is extremely cheap and effective.
Before doing any of the above methods, be sure to clean your face with an anti allergenic soap and water. DO NOT SCRUB with wash cloth or scrub hard with hands. Scrubbing can irritate face and actually cause more oil which then causes more acne. Dry face before application.
Also remember that washing your face too often can result in dryness, peeling, and a mild sun burn feeling/effect. This is as unpleasant looking/feeling as acne is...so be conservative with water.
The best advice always comes from your doctor.

My acne will be bad, then it will disappear, and then it will be bad again. It's mostly because I don't spend enough time washing my face and all that crap, it's such a pain. D: But I definitely know how hard it can be, it sucks to be a teenager sometimes, and acne is one of the reasons. :P
