Why is it when you shave pubic hair or any hair for that matter it grows back darker and courser.

I'm not sure about the color being darker.
But it comes back courser because when you shave it, you are cutting the hair at its thickest part.

it doesnt grow back darker, just bushier, and it appears darker

well, it dosent come back darker, and i didnt think it came back denser, but maybe im wrong...

i dont think it does i just think it looks darker and cursor.

I always thought it was psychological because we have seen it bare for a period of time, and it grows back, our brains think there is more than last time... if that made sense.

Its because you cut the hair at the base were its thickest and it also happens when shaving facial hair but a bit slower
