No, but I think you're lucky. I have a huskier voice and I hate it. I wish mine was higher pitched if that makes sense lol. :P

Nope, you just have to wait for puberty to do its thing. Girls go through 4 different voice changes, so don't worry, you're still young. :)

yes and no... you can't change your natural voice but you can technically change the pitch
you can try talkin like someone else if you really dont like your normal voice, although it's not permanent and it might sound different every time

You are infact too young to have a deep voice. Still you can try this -
Get a newspaper, lay face down on your bed with your head hanging over the edge looking at your messy floor. Place the newspaper on the floor. Read the articles slowly out loud. As you read stress your vocal cords (adams apple) on the edge of the bed. The sound of your stressed reading voice will be kind of weird. Don't go crazy with too much stress, just try to read perfectly, and say each syllable. If there is any pain, stop. There shouldn't be any pain. Learn how to pronounce unfamiliar words or foreign names. Train for thirty minutes a day. After one week, you will start to notice improvement. After six weeks, everyone will notice.
