I've heard of a technique called defocusing, which is supposed to help prolong sex... the only thing is, I don't know how to do that!!! Anybody know how to?

never heard of it, but you can prolong sex by just holding back an orgasm..
haven't had sex yet but when I'm alone I can jerk off for an entire hour or more just by holding back my orgasm and letting it go when i feel like i'm done.
