I think it's verysad to see/hear/read about the stunningly imaginative mind of Terry Pratchett is apparently withering after leaking too many brilliant ideas to paper :(
But do u think someone should take his place and continue the Discworld....world in the same manner as Douglas Adams or Ian Fleming?
And who do u think should be the author to fill these huge shoes?
I personally feel that the books should not continue after Pratchett stops, I would almost definitely buy them if they did carry on however. I guess if it had to they should be carried on by Neil Gaiman, he would a surge of modern realism to combine with the perfect ludicrousy
