So the other day, I shaved off my pubes, like the whole thing. So today, I wore briefs (which I usually don't) and it irritated my skin. Like I got chaffing, (if that's how you spell it). Has this ever happened to you?

I think I know what you mean, and my guess is that the hair which you had kind of prevented rubbing whereas now you don't have that barrier. What I would make sure most importantly is that your underwear is not too tight. With folks growing really fast during puberty underwear which you might have had at the beginning of the school year might not be a good fit now especially if you have had a growth spurt.
Another thing I would do is make sure you keep your skin properly lubricated with cream or lotion now that you shaved down there so that you can prevent chaffing. If you experience irritation, then use something like Calomine lotion to reduce any discomfort.
What you have experienced is normal, and if this continues the next time you shave down there, then you might want to just trim your pubes rather than outright remove them.

You actually need TIGHTER wicking types of underwear. If you were to wear loose boxers, then there is more room for buildup of water which is what causes chaffing.
However, you need to be sure you use a wicking brand of underwear. These are usually the silkier ones. Cotton is absolutely horrible for wicking. Use polyester, nylon, or silk.
Think of body under armour. It works in a way that gets rid of the moisture against your skin...exactly the same thing...except for underwear.

Happens to me every time I shave mine... It's just razor burn, and it itches like hell, don't it? Next time you shave, try using some of your moms leg shaving cream, it's made for the legs and pubic region an probably will irritate you less/not at all

They're calle compression shorts, and they work really well for keeping sweat away... But you'll still have that irratation, but maybe for not as long, or as bad

I'm preety sure that it's because you shaved your pubes, then wore tight underwear, your just gonna have to deal with it, till the hair grows in a little more.

That's exactly why I don't shave! I just let it grow naturally!
