atm i workout 4 days a week Mon,Tue,Thurs,Fri. From around 1hour-2hours i know that to some this would be more than addequate but i'm thinking should i also be gyming on Sundays as i'm starting to think that a 48hour gap between my next workout is too much. any of your feedback is obliged or maybe even your own timetable
