What you describe is not normal and should not be done with a condom. A condom should only be put on when you are ready for sex. Besides that, it is not like a girl is just going to have sex at the drop of a hat. Wearing a condom that long is going to be really uncomfortable, and I am sure you would have a lot of strange looks when you undress for gym class wearing a condom.

I told him everything you said. He and I are in different gym periods, and he says 5 of the guys in his gym period wear condoms all day. He said he is more towards gay than straight, so he stopped wearing condoms all day. I am keeping him around because he brings me free condoms.
