Okay sorry if this is the wrong spot but I really need some help... again (I'm such a wreck right?) But anyways I'm thinking of starting a workout plan. But honestly don't know where to start.

~ I dont think a supplement will be a good choice because I don't think my parents are willing to pay for that.

~The possible times would be the Mornings, or after school. But since I norm. Have homework after school and I'm pretty lazy and just wanna chill the morning is prob better.

~ I wanna work on my stomach. Like thats the only area thats the prob. I would like a six pack and I know they don't just appear but I would like to know some techniques that would at least work on that area.

~ Also I think a good diet plan would be good. But idk where to start.

Anyways thanks for your time. Love always <3

"Working on that area" i.e. spot training will have no effect on the visibility of your abs. The thing that affects the visibility of your abs is body fat percentage - the less body fat you have, the more visible they will be. Thus, your best be for the goal you stated is lots of cardio. Running, biking, whatever, just try and get yourself doing some kind of cardio work for 30+ minutes a few days a week. That combined with healthier eating will almost certainly result in weight loss and thus more visible abs.

In addition to the cardio, do some core work a few times a week. The bicycle exercise, captain's chair exercise, crunches, situps, things like that.

Supplements really aren't necessary. Even if you were looking to gain muscle, one can get extremely muscular without any supplements just by eating a proper diet. And in your case, there's no reason you'd need anything other than healthy eating for your goals.

captain obvious (as his name states lol) really has covered all the basics just cardio excersizes like biking, running etc would be the most effective. although you haven't stated your own build as a strict diet may not be neccessary depending on your build. others that i would recommend if you are trying to get a six pack are pilates like manoveres like "the plank" (can easily be looked up on internet) and sit-ups. i'm guessing if your parents aren't willing to pay for supplements then they won't be so keen on gyming subscriptions either but that's not completly needed to complete your goal. i would also however sugest you start trying to do pushup workouts and chest presses as this excersize also covers your pectoral minus (effectively your 2 pack) also having a 6pack and weak chest muscles will look odd.

sorry. Idk if this is what you mean but I'm about 6 feet tall, I'm 13, I want to say I weight about 150-160. MY doctors tell me I should go on a fairly restricted
diet i mean i deff eat way more then necessary and I think i would be happy if i weight like 130. First I just wanna slim down. Its embarrassing but i have a bad case of moobs which i really really wanna get rid of, and im a bit jiggly too which i would also like to tone down haha (:

that could easily be toned down by just being a little more concious of what you eat but dont be a grocery Nazi. and all the cardio exercises that have been listed previously would work perfectly. i know you said supplements where out of the question but they are also very important to dieters as well. if your wanting to slim down and build your Abs at the same time protein shakes would be advised to do this effeciently. they help the body to lose weight whilst keeping your muscle; give it some thought.

i just did the math: your about 12-13 stone, that's not too bad, my friend was about that when we where 14, only slightly overweight excersize and diet would slim you right down :)

This is where I, to an extent, disagree. Protein shakes are just protein; one can get the same effects by consuming a good quantity of lean meat each day, or eggs (whites ideally), or many other things. Plus, it sounds like his more immediate goal needs to be weight loss, for which protein shakes don't really directly do anything.

depends which products you use though in the UK the #1 product is MaxiMuscle and it states that it has over 5 times as much protein as meat and eggs etc. and a strict diet must be upheld when lossing weight as if he were not to eat his right intake of eggs and red meat every day or other protein inriched produce he could loss his own body weight along in the process, so taking a simple protein shake would prevent this much easier.

That's odd. I'm six feet tall and 150 lbs. and I'm not fat or anything. Are you sure you have moobs or anything? Because it could be slight muscle, unless they just hang there(no offense intended).

Maybe its my built? or I have less muscle to fat ratio than you do. I wouldnt know. and yes sadly they just 'hang there' :whoops:
