Hi, I need a site that has downloadable Parental Controls? My friend of my sister's keeps using the computer and downloading and going to sites he doesn't need to, So I'd like to block it.

I was thinking you had to buy them. Just tell your friend that you'll mess up his day)not violence, wise. I can't explain it) if he goes to any sites you disapprove of.

I think there might be something under control panel. I'm not 100% I guess it all depends on your OS.

You should just be able to enter your IP address into the address bar (of any browser) and that should prompt a window to pop up asking for the admin username and password. It depends on your router setups. Get your router make and model number and Google/Bing how to set up firewalls.
