Well, two possibilties:
1.) he likes to tan naked, lol
2.) his penis is just a different color than his body... mine is a lil darker than the rest of my body too, there's nothin wrong with it

so you have nothin to worry about.

some guys penises are darker than they are its just how THEY are it can also be lighter than your body color, but MOST guys have a DARKER penis
