The only way it could be unhealthy is if you had a communicable STD. She could catch it from any little cuts or whatever in her mouth. Apart from that, no not unhealthy at all.

No its not unhealthy at all, unless the male has any STD's or STI's. Semen contains water and small amounts of salt, vitamin D, protein, and fructose. It's probably not the best tasting thing though.
