It is possible to get some STDs from oral sex, so if you want to be completely safe wear a condom. However, in reality no one wants to suck on latex. So make your own choice.

I agree with everyone above, BUT:
If you're going to use a condom, I recommend a flavored condom. Straight up latex probably tastes bad.

If you know for sure that you dont have an STD, you will be fine without a condom. Its much more pleasurable when its just skin to skin.

Moved to general since this is good advice for both boys and girls.

Its risky, so a condom is good practice hence why so many manufactuerers have flavoured condoms.
