about a month or more(i THINK) ago my voice started to break..

was cracking regularly

ad in the mornings ive been waking up slightly deeper with it going back normalin the day.

but this morning, i went downstairs to say hello to mum and i sunded like a friggin robot!! it was so vibraty and croaky! there wasnt even any flem

but ive hada sore throat for a few days

is it my soe throat
or is it nearly going to deepen?

Don't worry, it will most likely get deeper. These things take time, I know when my voice dropped it sounded pretty weird at first but after a few monther to a year it got deeper and more normal. Just wait. Also, if you're sick (sore through) that will really affect it for now, that might be all it is. Once you get better, maybe it will get better.

things come and go, my voice got real deep pretty fast as well

I think it's proabably just puberty, my voice changed quick too so don't worry :P

If you've got a sore throat then the weird sound will just be that. If you know that your throat isn't sore enough (only you can know that) to make that noise, then it will be you're voice beginning to break properly.

For me it was a relatively quick experience. I noticed it beginning to get deeper and some slight squeaking when I shouted, then I woke up one morning about 2 weeks later and it was just deep. Hasn't changed since then.
