I heard that during puberty, guys sometimes have "Wet Dreams" were they ejaculate in their sleep. Is this because you have too much sprem built up? Dose mastrubating help keep you from having wet dreams?

If you masturbate more frequently, you wont necessarily stop having wet dreams, but you will stop having them as often. it also depends on you as a person. Everyone's different.

Many, probably most, of the guys on here have never had a wet dream because of releasing their sperm through masturbation. Some guys, and I'm the same as Desolation here, may still get wet dreams sometimes so there's no guarantee that wanking will stop them. I've had some pretty intense ones, but cleaning up in the middle of the night isnt that great to be honest.

Yes, it's often caused by built up semen. The more you masturbate the less likely you are to have wet dreams.

Yes you have wet dreams wh you have "sperm" built up and it hasn't been released. Most guys in their teens rot get these because they masturbate. I have had a few "wet dreams". Trust me there not that fun :P

its possible that if you dont masturbate "enough" during the early years of puberty, you may have more wet dreams, but i'm not saying thats true. i've never had one, but i started masturbating when i was 12, i think
