sounds like its just swollen, doesent sound like anything to freak out about. but if it stays that way for about 5 days, id call a doctor just to be sure.

AFAIK you cant catch any STD from hand contact? Only the herpes virus lives outside of the body (I.e coldsores). You can only catch a STI by extreme close contact like the penis inside a vagina or anus, which is where STD live, hence Sexualy transmited diesease. Its more than likely just your friend was a little over-excited and was a bit rough, it's like having a chinese burn, but on your penis. Wait a few days for an swelling to go down, but if you notice any bruises or cuts then go and see your GP. Also check for any swelling/bruises in the testicles as there as a danger of possible damage if there is. You could try applying baby lotion or Aqueous cream.
