well, lately after using condums i realized that after use of it my penus and also it's head would still be "lubricatish" and that feel won't go away when you wash it carefully, is this normal and will it go away soon? is it also ok if a little lubrication is left on the penus (the head)?

yep it's normal, is just because of how sensitive the head is... top that with precum and cum and it will feel like that for a good while...

yes, lube is safe for your dick, no problems with it staying there longer than expected...
