it may be just me but i really do not like going through puberty at ALL. all my friends and kids at my school seem to be so excited about it, showing off pit hair to each other and talking about how much they j/o and stuff. is it normal for guys to actually ENJOY puberty? cuz i dont.

frankly, im embarrased to wear shorts anymore cuz my legs are getting hairy...

Just have to get use to it. Personally, I enjoy it very much. But people are different. If you are embaressed about leg hair, you could eaisley shave it off.

i didn't really like all the hair tht i was getting at the beggining and shaved it off and it regrew and my dad noticed so he told me tht if i shave it will regrow and there will be even more hair in tht area. just let it run its course because eventually u will like it cuz u will get taller, ur voice is going to become deeper, ur gona become broader and if u work out more muscular.

I like some parts I.e Penis getting larger! haha. But I hate hair, I dont mind hidden hair like pubic but armpit, legs and facial... ARGH go away. Its really embarrassing I've put off swimming becuase someone will say something about pit hair 'Awww your growing up, look!' Grrr.

actually it shows very early maturity on your part (mentally) considering you don't feel possessed to talk about puberty like kids, it sounds pretty sound that when you're 13-14 your like omg look at my armpit hair. But I've never heard of anyone brag about armpit hair, thats weird. J/O is different even i've discussed that before because its a natural process but yeh arm pit hair...I barely have any at 18 anyway, didnt get it till about 15-16

Well, embarassment is something that's relatively synonymous with puberty. Given you're in a developmental stage, everyone is going to be going through those changes at different rates, and no one's going to know what is normal, because, frankly, everything is. People are going to laugh at deep voices, body hair, acne, what have you. The important thing is to remember that everyone will or has gone through what you're going through, and it's not that big of a deal! Not only that, but when you get older, you'll realize that focussing on the trivialities of something that is neither preventable nor unattractive is just, well, trivial!

you just said it yourself... your gettin a bunch of leg hair... sign of puberty... as for the rest well everyone develops at different stages at different times. Puberty is a long process and everyone goes through it differently. As for being happy about it you may just be sad because your friends may be developing faster than you. It should be a happy experience because your body is changing and developing new things and new "abilities". Take it however you like but it should be a time of happiness as your body matures.
