rant i guess

Just a rant I guess.
I just wish I could find a guy that doesn't lie and someone who says what's actually on their mind. I'm just do sick of getting dumped and them saying its not my fault. All I want to do is find someone I can actually be with for a very long time. Preferably forever. It just bothers me how some people can go from loving someone to just not knowing if they do within like a day. It just puzzles me I guess. I just wish I could find someone. It feels like my hearts been put through a wood chipper.

But there was this one guy. He was and still is the greatest, but we broke up, and now were friends (i still have a mad crush on him, kinda still love him)..

Hope you find someone that actually does tell the truth :)

I have almos tthe exact same problem with a girl at the moment. Just rember we are not all like that. I know guy that are jerks, some really good mates of mne just aren't good at communicating. You'll find the right person one day, plus if you are using a site like this I am guessing you are still relatively young? You have the rest of your life ahead of you. Just remeber when you do met that speical someone, make sure your just upfront and tell him how you feel and what you want from the relationship(best to do this before you go out or just after you start), the longer you leave it the harder it will get.

Me too, but there are so few people in our age group that want this. :( Everybody's only interested in casual dating and just having fun, there's never anyone who's serious about it and looking for real love.

Okay, while reading your post, the first thing that jumped out at me was "I just wish I could find a guy that doesn't lie."

Guys Lie. It's what we do. While our intentions may sometimes be pure, we can and will lie to you. Sometimes to cover up for stupid shit that we've done, sometimes to make you feel better. It doesn't matter, we're going to lie to you no matter what. How old are you? If you're still in high school or whatever I (personally) don't think you should be looking for a long-term relationship unless it stumbles upon you, which to be honest, probably isn't going to happen for awhile. It doesn't say anything about you, but the maturity level of the guys that you are dating. You don't need to be looking for a 'long-term' relationship at your age, you don't need to find a guy that you want to grow old with, have children with, marry. You need to get out there and have fun, hang out with your friends. Enjoy yourself.

Teenagers fall in and out of love more than they put gas in their car, so you shouldn't be upset if they guy you're into turns out to be not the person you want him to be. Move on, find someone else, and have fun. You don't need to be settling down now.

To notsure: yea...most people our age arent looking for what we are which makes it very hard to find someone.:/
To Braden: thats the one thing i hate about guys. is that they lie. and if they are lieing about something stupid and small. if its so small then why not tell them the truth and keep it being honest. because seriously...if the guy lies all the time then how in the world is there supposed to be trust in that relationship? you have to be able to trust someone while being with them and not have to wander if the little things he says are actually the truth or not. and about the just having fun id rather find a guy who loves me and wants to be with me and know i have a good future than to not know. i know im young to think that way...but i just do. i cant really help how i feel and think. and im not going to just change the way i think and feel in a flash. i still would like to find someone to be with for a long time.

know the feeling, i nearly split up with my bf when he said he didnt think he felt the same way but he loved me and still wanted to be with me, his feelings were just less, but when i asked what i did he said nothing.

really annoying! you will find him someday.

Personally, Everytime I hear a girl say something about the bad things guys do, whether it's their attitude or whatever really, I think, Have I ever done that? And then, I make it a point NOT to do it and kind of make a mental note that thats just not right, so then when I am talking to a girl, I can think back to that and remind me of what might happen if I do.
