i like broccoli in it... most people, however, think i'm nuts.
In more reasonable foods, hot dog/those-little-doodad-things are actually quite good in mac n cheese
Also, WE KNOW YOU LIKE CHEESE :P

Simply put, tuna casserole with cheese. Take some noodles, tuna, cheese, peppers, onion, mushrooms, maybe some celery, whatever spices and some mushroom soup, mix it all together (add in anything extra if desired) and bake it. Have the noodles on the top with cheese melted golden brown on it.
If you don't want to get that fancy, then simply some peppers, mushrooms and maybe onion with the noodles and cheese.
Or, make homemade meat sauce, which is similar to tuna casserole just minus the mushroom soup and tuna, add in some different spices, possibly some kidney beans and maybe 1 jalepeno pepper. For this, whenever I make it, always at least 2 types of cheese. The meat can either be just normal lean ground beef or if you really want it tasty, mix pork and beef, possibly also bits of freshly-opened bacon. Cook with oil or butter but I prefer a nice chunk of garlic butter (or garlic separately). At the end, add in a tiny little drop of vanilla extract to give some scent but not enough to affect the flavour too much.
When I make it, I make sure there's leftovers for lunch or next dinner, otherwise it's not really worth it to me.
If the season is right, I use freshly-grown herbs, like basic, parsely, oregano, etc... from the garden as it has a much better taste than the packaged dried stuff.

Ketchup in mac and cheese just says trashy, but I'm not going to point fingers.
I make homade mac and chesse. With regular macaroni noodles and velveeta cheese, then I grate colbyjack cheese over it and bake it. I don't really care for it, but my mother loves when I make it for her.

I like eating it with ketchup, don't care what people think. :P
but I like eating it with stuff added, like broccoli, hot dog slices, tomatoes, other stuff. I like mac and cheese because it's so customizable.
