Generally does your penis girth grow after the length, I'm still in puberty and seem to be in about early stage 4ish. My penis when flaccid is 4 inches, but only has a 3 inch girth, I have never really seen a growth in girth since i started puberty, but the length has grown over the past year or so. Now I know you'll say flaccid size does not matter etc but my penis does not look fully developed from other flaccid penises I've seen (even including small ones which look more developed), the reason my penis does not bulge as much either I've noticed is because my girth is small. Along with my testicles/scrotum not hanging, could this be my last stage? Erect I'm good but yeh flaccid size is annoying.
