When I was 14, I was about 5 inches, I'm now 17 and 6 inches. Not that significant of a growth, and I'm definitely on the smaller end of the average scale, but there was growth.

Not as much as it did between 12 & 14 but some.

I guess it would also depend on when you start puberty. The later you start the more likely you are to still be growing at 16.

In puberty: the major change between 14 and say 16 or 17, is more so a thickening of girth and maybe a bit of extension but nothing like the jump from 12 to 14.

See, I didn't really start developing down there until, like, right before I turned 14, aha. So I've definitely seen it grow more since then. Anymore it's more of a girth thing, and not much extension.
